2.2 Features, functionality, availability, and content may vary based on region, subscription tier (if any), device compatibility, internet connectivity, language support, or age settings.
2.3 The Company may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Services at any time without liability.
3. Child Safety and Supervision
3.1 MyWonder is designed to support child learning, play, and development. However, the Services are not a substitute for parental supervision, professional education, childcare, therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
3.2 Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for:
- Supervising children while using the Services;
- Determining age appropriateness;
- Monitoring screen time and usage habits;
- Reviewing generated responses and recommendations;
- Ensuring safe physical play.
3.3 The Company does not guarantee:
- Specific educational outcomes;
- Developmental improvements;
- Behavioral changes;
- Medical, emotional, or psychological benefits.
3.4 Users must immediately discontinue use if a child experiences discomfort, distress, confusion, anxiety, or unsafe behavior.
3.5 Certain content may be AI-generated or dynamically adapted based on interaction patterns.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Certain Services require account creation.
4.2 Users agree to:
- Maintain accurate account information;

7.3 The Company is not liable for damage caused by:

- Misuse by children.
7.4 Certain Products may require internet connectivity, app pairing, software updates, subscriptions or other pre-payments to function fully.

8. Software Updates and Remote Management

16. Acceptable Use Restrictions

- Misrepresent identity;
- Exploit vulnerabilities;

- Attempt to bypass, disable, manipulate, or circumvent safety systems, moderation systems, parental controls, content filters, or security protections;
- Attempt to prompt, induce, manipulate, or “jailbreak” AI systems into generating prohibited, unsafe, unlawful, harmful, confidential, or inappropriate outputs;
- Use adversarial prompts, automated scripts, malicious testing methods, or exploit techniques against the Services;
- Attempt to extract system prompts, proprietary models, confidential logic, hidden instructions, training methodologies, safety architectures, datasets, or internal operational details;
- Probe, scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities in systems, APIs, firmware, infrastructure, cloud services, or connected devices without written authorization;
- Interfere with service integrity, uptime, moderation systems, analytics systems, or infrastructure operations;
- Introduce malware, bots, viruses, denial-of-service attacks, scraping systems, automated abuse systems, or harmful code;
- Use the Services to harass, threaten, defame, extort, impersonate, or harm the Company, its employees, licensors, partners, vendors, users, or children;
- Use the Services for unlawful surveillance, data harvesting, unauthorized profiling, or competitive intelligence;
- Use the Services to develop competing products, AI systems, datasets, or models;
- Encourage, coordinate, publish, or distribute methods intended to exploit or misuse the Services.
16.1 The Company reserves the right to:
- Monitor suspicious activity;
- Investigate misuse;
- Suspend or terminate accounts;
- Restrict device access;
- Block IP addresses or devices;
- Preserve logs and evidence;
- Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
16.2 Users acknowledge that intentional misuse, attempted exploitation, or attacks against the Services may result in:
- Immediate termination of access;
- Legal claims for damages;
- Injunctive relief;
- Criminal or civil liability under applicable law.
16.3 Security testing, research, or vulnerability disclosure activities may only be conducted with prior written authorization from the Company.

18.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
18.2 THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- ACCURACY;
- RELIABILITY;
- AVAILABILITY.
18.3 THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED;
- CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE APPROPRIATE;
- ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED;
- SYSTEMS WILL BE SECURE;
- OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE;
- SERVICES WILL MEET USER EXPECTATIONS.
19. Limitation of Liability
19.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- SPECIAL DAMAGES;
- LOSS OF DATA;
- LOSS OF PROFITS;
- LOSS OF GOODWILL;
- CHILD BEHAVIORAL OUTCOMES;
- INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES.
19.2 THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
19.3 SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS.
20. Indemnification

25. Service Continuity and Company Shutdown

25.2 In the event of a shutdown, discontinuation, insolvency, acquisition, liquidation, or cessation of operations:

- Certain Products may lose partial or complete functionality;
- User data may become inaccessible after a reasonable transition period.

25.4 The Company does not guarantee continued availability of:

- Software updates;

- Companion applications;
- Connectivity services.
25.5 Users acknowledge that certain features depend on third-party providers, cloud systems, licensing arrangements, and infrastructure partners that may also discontinue support.
25.6 To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for loss of access resulting from shutdown or discontinuation;
- No refunds shall be owed for unused portions of free services or discontinued promotional offerings;
- Subscription refunds, if any, shall be limited to prepaid unused periods as required by applicable law.
25.7 The Company may delete or anonymize user data following shutdown, subject to legal obligations and retention requirements.
25.8 In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, user accounts, data, and agreements may be transferred to a successor entity subject to applicable law.
26. Force Majeure
